• Our online giftshop strictly caters to end customers in Singapore only.

• Orders will be delivered to address registered with the account.
  Should alternate delivery address be required, kindly contact us via the email received after purchased is made.

• Some varieties of orchids are seasonal. In event that an orchid is out of season or deemed to be of unsuitable quality for sales, we reserve the rights to replace it with one of similar or greater value. Our staff will contact you prior to the replacement.

• Delivery will commence in the next 3-5 days.
  Delivery is only to a single location in Singapore.
  If multiple locations is required (e.g. corporate orders), kindly contact us before placement of orders.

• Minimum purchase of SGD100 is required for delivery.
  Delivery charges will be waiver for orders above SGD200.

• If you have a gift voucher/discount coupon, please remember to key it in after adding all orders to cart.
