Our online giftshop strictly caters to end customers in Singapore only. 
If you are looking to import from us, kindly contact us via email. 

Replacement(s)

  1. Some of our orchids bloom seasonally. In event that an orchid ordered is not in blooming season or deemed to be of unsuitable quality for sales, we reserve the rights to replace it with one that is similar or greater in value.
  2. If you would not like your orchids to be replaced, kindly check with us on availability via website chat (https://www.tohgarden.com/), call (+65 3159 3931), WA (+65 8776 7293) or email ([email protected]) prior to your purchase. 

Delivery Information

  1. Orders will be delivered to the address and contact person provided on the checkout form by sender. 
  2. Delivery will commence within the next 3 days for local delivery and within the same day for urgent delivery.
  3. Delivery service is offered as a single trip to a single location in Singapore only.
  4. If multiple locations are required, a delivery charge will be levied for each location.
  5. In situation where the receiver is not home, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact the receiver by phone. Should receiver be unreachable, our delivery personnel will leave the flowers at the doorstep and take a photo as proof of delivery. Additional delivery charges will be levied for each redelivery request.
  6. Part of our deliveries are outsourced to third-party delivery companies.
  7. A minimum purchase of SGD$100 is required for delivery service. 
    Delivery charge is waivered automatically for purchase above $200 except for CNY festive periods. 

Gift Voucher & Discount Coupon

  1. If you have a gift voucher or a discount coupon, kindly key the code at the checkout page.
  2. All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars. 

Returns & Refunds & Claims & Insurance

  1. The delivery of your orders is fully insured by us and our delivery partners. Should you find damages upon receiving your orders, kindly Whatsapp pictures of the damaged items to us at +65 8776 7293 within 20-hours of receiving your orders to have them replaced.
  2. Due to the nature of perishable products, we do not accept returns and refunds after the 24-hours period. Thank you for your kind understanding. 
  3. We offer refunds via two modes;
    1. Non-expiring Coupon Credits
      (e.g. if you made a purchase of $50 and requested for a refund via Coupon Credits, we will issue a non expiring $50 coupon for your future purchase)
    2. Refunds back to your Credit Card/Paypal or Paynow/Bank account. 
      (there’s a 5% administrative/banking fees that will be deducted from the initial amount paid)
