Parlour Palm (Chamaedorea elegans) | 34cm W × 30cm H

The Parlour Palm (Chamaedorea elegans) is a popular tropical foliage plant valued for its elegant appearance, compact growth and easy-care nature.

Its slender stems support soft, arching green fronds that create a light and graceful appearance. At approximately 34cm wide × 30cm high, this compact plant is suitable for tabletops, shelves, office desks, reception counters and smaller indoor spaces.

Parlour Palms perform best in bright indirect light or partial shade, making them especially useful for indoor environments where direct sunlight may be limited. Avoid prolonged strong afternoon sun, which can scorch the foliage.

Water when the upper layer of the potting mix begins to dry. The soil should remain lightly moist but not constantly waterlogged. Good drainage is important for healthy root growth.

Its lush green foliage works well with modern, tropical and minimalist interiors. The Parlour Palm can also be grouped with other foliage plants to create a fuller indoor greenery display.
